Window Cleaning

Service Description:

• We inspect all windows for damage and report such conditions to you.
• We clean windows to remove dirt and debris.
• We scrape stray paint from windows.
• We offer optional cleaning and restoration of vinyl shutters using our polymer restorer. Additonal charges apply.
• We offer optional removal and replacement of screens, as well as cleaning and repair of screens. Additional charges apply

Prior to our arrival for service, please make sure that we have water and electrical access and that no obstructions block access to windows. Please have all screens removed from windows prior to our arrival.

Home Requirements & Pricing

Pricing is based on size, type and number of windows, whether they have screens or storm windows installed.

Base service charge: $136.53 + cost per window

Standard Insulated Windows (Sheet Pane)
$4.00 per window per side

Oversized Insulated Windows (Sheet Pane)
$0.80 per sq ft per side

Standard Size Single Pane Divided Light Windows
$6.00 per window per side

Oversize Single Pane Divided Light Windows
$1.60 per sq ft per side

Standard Storm Windows
$12.00 per storm window

Oversize Storm Windows
$4.50 per sf. per side

 

We recommend that you clean exterior portions of windows twice per year
