Quotes
On-site Inspection and quotes for service will be provided "free of
charge" when we are onsite perfoming other work. If we are not
already on-site performing other work, you may schedule a Diagnostic
Service Call.
We can provide a quote "free of charge" by phone or e-mail if sufficient accurate information is provided. Such quotes are not considered binding until information has been verified.
Scheduling
Scheduling for on-demand services placed on-line is confirmed within
1 business day and is normally scheduled within 1-5 business days.
All other services are scheduled via e-mail notice with an advanced copy invoice as stated per you service agreement or estimate.
Minimum Labor Charges
Time and Material Labor Rate for unspecified on-demand work, which does not
have a price or rate posted on this website is as follows:
Payment
Payment schedule for services, unless otherwise stated on the quote
will be as follows:
Payment is considered due when work is completed. Late fees, the
greater of $10 or 10% of the invoice amount, are assessed if balance
due is not paid within 10 days of service completion date or 5 days
of the due date of membership fees. 3% (36% APR) interest is applied
after an invoice is overdue 30 days or more and will thereafter be
assessed every day the invoice remains unpaid.
Unpaid late fees and interest will accrue and be charged against
your account at the end of the year, resulting in higher monthly
charges to HOC programs to recover these fees or assessed costs to
on demand customers before work can be performed.
We accept cash, check, PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express,
and Discover/Novus. We also offer authorized payment on file option
for either a credit card or ACH from a bank account. You may also

We also accept payments via Zelle and CashApp.
Warranty On Work
Unless otherwise expressed in writing on your work order, invoice,
or finalized receipt, all work performed is guaranteed for 30 days
from the date of completion of said work. Any deficiencies in
workmanship reported within the 30 day period will be subject to one
(1) follow-up remediation visit at no additional labor charge.
New construction work for decks and fencing carry a warranty of one (1) year from date of completion, once payment in full has been received.
