House Washing

Service Description:

• Siding and trim inspected for damage and any needed repairs.
• A mold, mildew, and algae treatment with a mild surfactant is applied to all siding and trim as well as exterior portion of windows.
• We also clean the foundation, walkway, 1 front porch, and 1rear Deck, patio or porch.
• A low pressure rinse is used to remove cleaner as well as dirt and grime from siding, trim and exterior of windows.
• A report of any needed repairs to siding and trim, and a quoted price for said repairs, will be provided to you.

Prior to our arrival for service, please make sure that we have water access and that no obstructions block access to your siding and trim. Make sure all windows are closed and we recommend that screens be removed from windows to allow window sills to be properly cleaned.

Home Requirements & Pricing

Pricing is based on size of home, and maximum height of eave line. Your home is classified as the size in which both criteria are met. Homes with gutter protection systems.

Large - $300 - up to 3000 sq feet with eaves which are no more than 26 feet high.Up to 250 sf of Deck, porch, and walkway.

Very Large Home - $400 - up to 4000 sq feet with eaves which are no more than 26 feet high.Up to 350 sf of Deck, porch, and walkway.

Extra Large Home - $500 - up to 5000 sq feet with eaves which are no more than 32 feet high. Up to 500 sf of Deck porch and walkway.

XXL Home - $700 - up to 6000 sq feet with eaves which are no more than 32 feet high. Up to 650 sf of Deck, porch and walkway.

Commercial Small - $1000 - up to 10000 sq feet with roofline which is no more than 24 feet high. Up to 1100 sf of Deck, porch and walkway.

Custom Home - By Quote - any home which can not be fitted into one of our 6 basic pricing classifications.
