Roof Stain Removal

Service Description:

• Chemical cleaner is applied to roof to remove mold, mildew, algae, and bonded pollutants.
• Roof is rinsed of chemical, using a low pressure setting.
• Full effect of cleaning may take up to 30 days. A follow-up visit is automatically scheduled to inspect cleaned roof, perform touch-up as needed, and apply any optional inhibitors you may have purchased.
• Optional zinc inhibitor spray or zinc strips are available upon request to protect the cleaned surface to prevent re-growth of mold, mildew, and algae. An additional charge must be paid for this application.

Prior to our arrival for service, please make sure that we have water access and that no obstructions block access to your roof. Gutters must be cleaned prior to your roof cleaning.

Pricing is based on size of roof to be cleaned. Roof must be in good repair.

We offer free quotes by phone or e-mail if you know the size and pitch of the roof to be cleaned. Otherwise, we can schedule a paid on-site inspection and quote.

Can you wash just part of the roof?

Yes, in many cases we can simply wash a portion of your roof. In general we must wash all of the plane of the roof where the stain is located to prevent a mottled appearance.
