Service Description:

• Roof is inspected for any needed repairs. Minor cracks in shingles and flashing caulk are repaired as a part of this service. All other repairs needed will be noted for a final report to customer.
• Perma-boots are installed on the vent pipes.
• A report of any other needed repairs to roof, and a quoted price for said repairs, will be provided to you.
• Prior to our arrival for service, please make sure that no obstructions block access to your roof
